Make sure all interior and exterior lights are off when you park your vehicle
Try not to leave your vehicle for more than a few days without driving it
Avoid shorter trips that can drain your battery without recharging it. Aim for at least 15-20 minutes of driving
Store your car in a garage or carport. Cold temperatures can impact your car’s battery life
If you have to leave your vehicle parked for long periods, disconnect the battery, or keep the battery charged up using a battery maintainer

A 100-hour test of how well a battery can withstand repeated discharge/recharge cycles.

Date code:

A numeric code that shows when the battery was manufactured.
